The East Pennsboro community is invited to attend our Halloween Parade on October 29, 2021 beginning at 2:15 PM. Students will parade twice around the WCH parking lot. We ask all spectators to please line the sidewalks to watch the parade.

Students will be permitted to bring their costume to school on Thursday, October 28th. We ask that students do not wear their costume into the building in the morning as ample time will be given for students to change. In an effort to keep our students and staff safe, please follow these guidelines pertaining to costumes:

· No bloody/gory costumes;

· No political costumes;

· No ‘look alike’ weapons;

· Skirts, shorts, shirts, etc. must follow the school dress code guidelines

If for any reason you do not wish for your child to participate in the parade, please complete the bottom portion of this form and return to your child’s teacher no later than Wednesday, October 27th. Children not attending the parade will have an opportunity to play board games in the cafeteria.
