Good afternoon Panther Families!
Our yearly required forms, transportation information, and schedule and teacher assignments have been released in Sapphire for the 2024-2025 school year. We encourage you to complete and submit the yearly required forms by the first day of school, Wednesday, August 21st.
The required forms that need to be competed are:
- Code of Conduct & Handbook Sign-Off
- Required Information Update
- Annual Health Update
- Device Policies Acknowledgment
If a change is needed for your student’s transportation, the Transportation Change Request form is available in the Sapphire portal. Please complete this request if needed by Wednesday, August 14th.
